Christine Bae, MA, LPC

Therapist

Christine is passionate about breaking down the stigma of mental health and promoting a preventative and wellness approach. Together we will identify areas of pain, suffering, and lack of awareness that have impacted the lens through which you see yourself, the world, and situations.

By incorporating the value of self-care – exploring your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships in a safe and compassionate environment, we are able to find balance and live in alignment. Through psychoeducation, support, and coaching Christine walks alongside you to build a foundation that improves the quality of life by living with freedom and purpose.
