Carol is a Master Certified Life Coach specializing in teens and adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Executive Function Disorder.

Since 2011, Carol has helped students with establishing effective study habits, implementing organizational and time management strategies, addressing problems with procrastination and motivation levels, and managing academic demands. She also collaborates with adults to achieve personal and professional goals, and manage work/life balance and transitions.
